Multi-leg Hajj & Umrah. Sports tours. Music-festival travel. Multi-city retreats. Sold from your site, paid through your gateway, owned by your brand — without the per-booking tax.
No “Pro add-on” tax for the parts a serious event-travel operator can’t live without.
Pillar 1 · Trip shape
Multi-leg trips, modelled at the database layer.
A Hajj loop. A cricket tour. A long-weekend festival across two beaches. One booking, many stops, one consolidated ledger. Round-trip safe — same city, twice, distinct dates, distinct rooms. No custom-field gymnastics. No parent-post-with-children hacks.
Pillar 2
Tiered packages
Bundle hotels, rooms, and extras into a single product. Linked coupons auto-apply. Hide-on-cap shields the picker.
Pillar 4
Frozen receipts
When a guest pays, the totals freeze. Edit the event next month — yesterday’s PDF stays the truth. Compliance gets quieter.
Pillar 3 · CrewPay
Let the group pay themselves.
Tokenised invite links. Each invitee picks their own gateway and installment plan. No Venmo screenshots, no spreadsheet treasurer.
Pillar 5
Pluggable gateways
Stripe, PayPal, SafePay, Paymob, JazzCash, Easypaisa, BACS. Per-event routing. New gateway? One filter, one class.
Pillar 6 · Ops
Manifests, refunds, audit log — the boring infrastructure, polished.
CSV / PDF rooming lists per leg, BACS proof-of-payment review, Stripe refund webhooks that update paid_amount automatically, and a searchable audit log that keeps finance and legal aligned.
Custom tables for hot paths. Every user-facing string flows through the stay-n-play textdomain. The plugin is shaped to be extended, not painted around.
Pillar 1 · Trip shape
Multi-leg trips, finally done right.
A Hajj package that moves a guest Makkah → Madinah → Makkah-return is one booking with three stops, three rooms, and a synchronised guest pool — not three disconnected reservations.
Round-trip safe — same city, twice, with distinct dates
City-match hotel filtering per stop
Stop-1 master guest pool, dropdown assignments for Stop 2+
One sidebar timeline, every surface from cart to receipt
Pillar 2 · Pricing depth
Packages that bundle hotels, rooms, extras, and discounts.
Pick a Family Package and the booking page filters to bundled hotels and rooms automatically. The picked package’s linked coupon auto-applies, the package fee shows as its own line, and bundled extras render as a green-pill “Included” block.
Tiered packages with their own bundled extras
Auto-applied linked coupon when picked
Hide-on-cap-reached + 80% admin notification
Frozen receipts — admin edits don’t shift past customers
Pillar 3 · Group payments
Stop chasing Venmo links. Let the group pay themselves.
CrewPay lets the booker reserve four rooms and twenty seats; the rest of the group is invited via tokenised email links to pay their own share — through Stripe, PayPal, JazzCash, SafePay, or any active gateway you’ve connected.
Per-invitee frozen receipts with full proportional taxes / fees
Token-based invite links, no passwords needed
Each invitee picks their own gateway and payment kind
Monthly installments + auto-charge cron, on the invitee’s plan
Payment routing
The gateways your customers actually use.
Region-aware routing per event. A Lahore booker pays JazzCash. A Birmingham booker pays Stripe. Same plugin, same event, two confirmation flows.

In their words
Operators who stopped chasing payments.
Quotes from three customers running real events with Stay & Play.
Switching from our custom WooCommerce hack to Stay & Play cut our refund tickets by 80% in one Hajj season. The frozen-receipt thing alone earned the license back twice over.
BQBilal Q.Operations Lead · Karachi-based Hajj operator
CrewPay is the feature I didn’t know I needed. Eight friends, one cabana booking, seven separate payments — and I never had to be the group’s treasurer. Just sent the link and walked away.
MRMaya R.Group organiser · STFU Bimini, 2026
We had three booking plugins on shortlist. Stay & Play was the only one where multi-leg actually worked without a custom-field workaround. Saved us a six-figure custom build.

Why Stay & Play
Built different from the obvious alternatives.
Other plugins stop at single-property nightly rates. SaaS platforms charge per booking and lock your data on their domain. We sit in the middle: WordPress-native, owned, opinionated about events.

FAQ
Common questions.
Does Stay & Play work alongside WooCommerce?
Yes — it runs alongside WooCommerce, but doesn’t depend on it. Bookings live in their own tables; payments live in their own tables. WooCommerce’s checkout is bypassed entirely by the [snp_payment] page and the per-event gateway routing.
Can I use it for non-event stays (regular hotels)?
Yes. Create a single “Always-on stay” event with rolling-availability presets and skip the multi-leg setup. The pricing engine, packages, and payment plumbing all still apply.
Is it translatable?
Every user-facing string runs through the WordPress translation API with the stay-n-play textdomain. We ship with English; Urdu, Arabic, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, French, and Turkish are on the 12-month roadmap.
What payment gateways are supported?
Core ships Stripe, BACS (bank transfer), and Office (in-person). Companion plugins add SafePay, Paymob, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and PayPal. The architecture is pluggable — adding a new gateway is one filter and one class.
How do refunds work?
Stripe refunds via the Booking edit screen’s payment ledger. BACS / Office payments are admin-marked refunded. Refund webhooks update the booking’s paid_amount automatically.
