Is there really no per-booking fee?
Correct. The plugin runs on your hosting, the bookings live in your database, the payments settle to your gateway. We never sit between the customer and the payment.
What happens after the major version expires?
Nothing breaks. Your installed copy keeps working forever. Renewal buys the next major version’s updates, security patches, and support — but it is a renewal, not a re-purchase.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If within 30 days of purchase you decide Stay & Play isn’t a fit, email support and we refund the license in full. No questionnaire, no “let’s get on a call to save the sale” — just a refund.
Can I upgrade Starter → Pro mid-year?
Yes. You pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your license year. No re-onboarding, no data migration — just a license-key swap.
